We give 100 LI free to every active rper who is a citizen in the LCAR in the regions of Otero, Lincoln County NM, and Montana North. Please be aware that to maintain this perk we ask that you actively roleplay presence here and are a citizen who’s gone through our newcomer/orientation class. There are some instances where an avatar may have over 100 LI in the community without being requested to donate to the spinning mustang in the saloon. Remember we’re financially stable, we don’t need the lindens to make tier, but this is done to ensure that we have active roleplayers in the community, and we pay for perks like streams, new buildings, music night, etc.

We also ask that unless you intend to rp here – don’t rent a house just to have it be the place you come to for non-rp purposes and then leave – this is first and foremost a roleplay sim. Our rating is moderate, and our larger homes are intended for those with families. If you have an SL family of 4 genuine avatars (this does not include funsie babies or zoobies as they are not avatars) as an example, all 4 individuals in the family must be active citizens to qualify for the 100LI per person free residential rent credit for your home.

RP Only businesses get a 50 LI free credit on an RP Retail Location but must use the RolePay system for employees logging in and out. Certain properties will be listed for rent soon which will allow you to take RP ownership over the business without needing an application. Please note that anything sold there can not be sold for Lindens to get the rent credit. Retail properties that charge Lindens for their goods or services are not eligible for this credit.

We will be implementing a rental system board in our visitor center soon. Please allow our team time to get it set up, and understand we all do this here for no pay and out of love for roleplay and our community.
