If you’d like to set up an appointment please follow the below-listed directions:

1) Goto https://www.apexdesignssl.com/apps/towncontrol/
2) Click “Register” as a new user
3) Complete the form and click register.
4) Return to https://www.apexdesignssl.com/apps/towncontrol/
5) You will be asked in the top right corner for your SL Username and a Display name. The display name can be anything you want it to be.
6) Click on the top right corner for the city icon and click on it – lookup LCAR and request to be added
7) Following step 6 – go to https://calendly.com/thefamilycenter to request an appointment.
8) A representative of the LCAR will add you to our confidential electronic record system, and you will now see it on the select town page.

Our Fees

No Show/Late policy
We strive to bring the best possible role play for your prenatal care and maternity needs. We do not charge for basic Mama Allpa prenatal care, advice and delivery services provided.

Tips are humbly accepted and greatly appreciated when offered. How much you offer is up to you, but we thank you for your understanding that the certifications, up-to-date equipment, continuing education and of course costs of supplies for LoveMomma and Hands On Mommy may cost the practice in order to provide you with a quality experience. We do not add on a significant markup to the practice costs – simply pass on any hud based fees as supply costs to you.

Now that we have that out of the way, let me inform you of our policy for No-shows and late appointments (not showing to the appointment YOU schedule).

***If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will need to reschedule.  No exceptions. ***
We may have patients after the appointment that you set and we will not make them wait because you were late. This would be considered a no-show.

***You are allowed one no-show that can be rescheduled. A second no-show will result from you being dropped from being my patient. If you don’t message me within 1 RL week to reschedule, I will assume you no longer need prenatal care and will drop you as a patient.
